Leadership TwinWest Program Application

Thank you for your interest in Leadership TwinWest. This program provides great returns for participants and represents a unique professional development opportunity. The first day of programming begins September 8 and your organization will be billed for the tuition amount ($949 member rate/$1,249 nonmember rate) at that time. Payment is due by August 27, 2010. For more information on Leadership TwinWest, see this Web page or contact Chris Kirwan at 763.450.2223, or chris@twinwest.com. Leadership TwinWest is made up of nine one-day sessions. The first and last sessions include an evening program (5:00 – 6:30 p.m.). Attendance is required at all sessions. Participants may not miss more than one day to successfully complete this program. Submitting you application verifies you understand the attendance requirements, and, if applicable, you have the full cooperation of your employer. Limited tuition assistance is available through the TwinWest Foundation. Criteria are based on financial need and TwinWest commitment. Contact Chris Kirwan for a scholarship application.
