Gala Silent Auction Donation

twinwest25galaThank you for supporting TwinWest's 25th Annual Gala through a silent or live auction item donation.  Your donation helps celebrate the business community, supports the TwinWest Foundation, and provides operational funding for TwinWest's initiatives.

Please complete the form below to register your auction item.  If necessary, a gala volunteer will contact you to corrdinate pick up of the item.  Please complete seperate forms if you have more than one item.  The chamber staff is available at 763.450.2220 if you have any questions.

Items should be received no later than Monday, February 22, 2010. Please include a few brochures to be placed with the display of your donation at the March 5 gala. Items that are less than $100 in retail value may be packages with other items.
