At our 2008 Small Business Awards Luncheon, TwinWest announced the winners of our two annual entrepreneur awards. John Packard, owner and president of Minnetonka-based Culligan Water Conditioning, was named 2008 Entrepreneur of the Year. TWINWEST FOUNDATION AWARDS $78,000 IN SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
